Cancellation Policy & Security Deposit

Payment Schedule: 35% due at time of booking. An additional 35% is due 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

No Security Deposit Collected

Damage Deposit - $6.14 - 7.89/night

This fee is non-refundable and covers the guest in case of any accidental damage. It is charged at the time of reservation.
