This is a 2 bed-room, 6 person max, luxury condo with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a firm Purple Restore Hybrid king mattress! The second bedroom also has a king! It is on the ground level. It has a brand new 50" Samsung smart TV with (2) 32" Samsung smart TV's in the bedrooms. Samsung TV Plus & Verizon 5G high speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer in the condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, seasonal outdoor and heated indoor pool, hot tub, grille & bar, tennis/pickleball courts and reduced price for 18-hole golf course. Kitchen has everything you need to cook “at home”. There are NO stairs for this Condo and the master bedroom has a walk-in shower with shower bars and ADA toilets. Very friendly for wheelchairs! No transitions on the floor and doors are made for wide entry.

Amenities

This Condo has a nice patio in the back. It’s a 3-5 minutes walk to the Clubhouse where the pools, tennis courts and fitness center are located. It has an iron with ironing board, a furnished kitchen and solid wood dressers in each bedroom. A USB outlet is installed in the kitchen to charge your electronics easier as well as secured high speed Wi-Fi, cable television in every bedroom including the living room (so everyone can watch a different show).

Travel Insurance

Branson Knights now offers all of their guests travel insurance to protect their trip in case of cancellation, interruption or an early departure. It covers 30 different issues, including COVID, and will provide peace of mind leading up to and during your vacation. Extras

When you reserve online, directly from this website, through 2024 you’ll receive a FREE voucher for up to 2 players to play 18-holes at the award winning Pointe Royale Golf Village! You must ask for the voucher when Don texts you upon making your reservation. You can rent a cart and clubs from the Pro Shop too!

Dogs

The Whispering Willow is NOW ACCEPTING DOGS. Dogs over 30lbs are not permitted and certain restrictions do apply. No more than 2 dogs permitted due to The Pointe’s policies. Photo of dog(s) MUST be sent to Branson Knights prior to acceptance. There is a $100 non-refundable fee. Add “Fur Baby Fee” at check out.

The Pointe requires that the dog(s) remain leashed while outside the condo and ALL poop is collected when walking the dog(s) outside. We require that the dog(s) remained kenneled when no one is inside the condo and the dog(s) stay off the beds and furniture at all times during the entirety of the vacation. Should you fail to disclose your dog(s) and bring them anyways, you agree to forfeit the entire security deposit. Everything still applies to service animals however we do require that they remain with the owner the entire time and are never left alone in the condo. We live near the resort and are on property everyday.

(Cleaning Fee - $95)

January 2 - February 29 = $99/night

March 1 - May 22 = $159/night

May 23 – January 1, 2025 = $189/night

*2 night minimum throughout 2025

Cancellation Policy & Security Deposit

Payment Schedule: 35% due at time of booking. An additional 35% is due 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

No Security Deposit Collected

Damage Deposit - $7.14/night

This fee is non-refundable and covers the guest in case of any accidental damage up to the amount of $5,000. It is charged at the time of reservation.
